Todays predicted snow storm began around the time I was heading home in my new MINI; the light rain that had been falling all day was turning to freezing rain, layering ice on everything. The weather has now turned to light snow, enough to put a thin coating on the cars & paths but nothing serious so far (although the wind is very strong):
I suppose spring will come one day …
It snowed again overnight, only a couple of inches of light stuff – but this morning the skies are clear & blue and the sun is shining strongly; there is no wind and the day is wonderful! On days like this, the snow is a pleasure!
Earlier this week there was threats of 10″-18″ of snow but in the end we had rain for most of the day, turning to icy rain this evening and now snow … so far about 3″!
The snow from the last blizzard has not all melted, and this latest snow won’t be anywhere near that much (I hope!)
