Pond ice returns
Taken this morning before flying back to Florida; overnight cold has brought ice back over the fish pond, and the fish are already only just visible under the ice patterns!
Windmill in the fog
Gloucester recently added some huge windmill generators at the industrial park, and I finally remembered to go up close and check them out! Surprisingly warm humid weather for January (close to 50f) results in heavy fog near the coast, but arguably a better picture because of it … The windmills are really very big; I had to walk far away to get even most of the machine in one picture. Here I included Margaret’s Z4 for comparison:
