On our way from Bath to South London, we stopped to visit Stonehenge (much warmer than last time!) …

 

Kevin & Ros recommended that we visit close-to-Bath Lacock, a lovely village apparently often used in period dramas – no wires or satellite dishes! Very pretty place:

Also there, Lacock Abbey (with lots of Fox Talbot / photography history); remind anyone of Harry Potter?

 

My favourite part of Bath is the Circus, a circular road with Georgian terraces all round and a green centre with trees – but most people say that the Royal Crescent is better … here’s a panorama of each so you can choose for yourself – be warned that full size is BIG!
