Florida 2006 – The Osprey Trail

Yesterday with more overcast weather, we went for a walk along an Osprey Trail – it turned out to be tiring, hot and humid even with the sun not shining, but we saw lots of ospreys and other wildlife, including a tortoise crossing our path(!), and many wading birds:

Florida 2006 – Quiet on the Gulf Coast

The last couple of days have been spent very quietly at the villa, watching animals & sunsets!

Florida 2006 – Holiday villa

After leaving Disney we drove west through Tampa (with terrible traffic), picking up Kate’s husband Chris on the way (he’d just flown in from England) – and headed to our second week villa on the gulf coast in a town called Holiday!
Sadly there’s no internet access in this home (not even my cellphone works!) so I’m at the library in the next town to post pictures – I hope you enjoy them!
