So I’m seeing lots of different weather during my time “up north”; I’ve had cold, warm, and now snow:
It’s snowing!
No ice!
From lots of ice last week to less ice this weekend to no ice at all this morning! The fish all look OK, but are inactive since the water is still very cold!
Windmill in the fog
Gloucester recently added some huge windmill generators at the industrial park, and I finally remembered to go up close and check them out! Surprisingly warm humid weather for January (close to 50f) results in heavy fog near the coast, but arguably a better picture because of it … The windmills are really very big; I had to walk far away to get even most of the machine in one picture. Here I included Margaret’s Z4 for comparison:
