In the sky above 8002 this past weekend, Margaret suddenly noticed a beautiful “rainbow halo” around the sun … I grabbed my camera but it’s really hard to photograph a near invisible ring around a very bright sun! Here’s my best results:

Pictures from a week or so ago, perhaps the last burst of flowers in the garden – and much buzzing around them to stock up on pollen for the winter!
At the same time though, at least one tree on the way to work is showing strong Fall colors:
We’re back in Florida, visiting Magic Kingdom with Paul, Sheila, Matthew and Tom who are visiting the house for a few weeks …
The park wasn’t too busy, but the skies decided to threaten; we decided to go indoors, and visited the Tiki Room – smart decision because we missed a short cloudburst that left more than 2″ deep puddles outside!
