We welcomed the new year today with close to 12 hours at Disney, first at Epcot then over to Magic Kingdom! We took Michael, too – who also likes NEMO:
At Epcot, we skipped World Showcase, but enjoyed the NEMO ride as well as Soarin’, Spaceship Earth and some others … over at Magic Kingdom, we visited It’s a Small World, Haunted Mansion, Buzz Lightyear, and finished the day with Disney’s Electrical Parade, and Wishes fireworks …
At Disney Hollywood studios, the annual Osborne family christmas lights are spectacular again!
Disney is working hard to create a New Fantasyland area at Magic Kingdom, and much of it is now close enough to be previewed – we saw the new Enchanted Tales with Belle, Under The Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid, and ate at the excellent Be Our Guest restaurant. Here’s some pictures:
We also enjoyed fireworks and a lighted Cinderella’s castle!
