Margaret and I walked to Newton Park last night and watched the sunset over the lake, quite beautiful!

Iceland 2017 video
We’re just back from ten days in Iceland, with such VERY different scenery (and weather) from what we’re used to in Florida. Mountains, glaciers, black sand beaches – and a need to wear a coat every day (but luckily very little rain).
I’ll be posting pictures in a while but for now here’s a nice video creation from our trip:
Footings & Foundation at Stanton
Earlier this week, rebar was added to the new home, ready for concrete pour (and then it was inspected/approved) – and early this morning the footings and foundation were poured, with concrete from at least five vehicles, via a huge pump truck! We were up early too, to watch and take photos (and we returned this afternoon to photo the finished foundation) …
