The Neon Museum

I’ve often planned to visit The Neon Museum in Las Vegas but discovering it’s just a 20 minute walk from our hotel, we headed over there this morning. Although many of the “relics” are before my time, most are recognisable and they make for great colorful photos – I was very pleased with how well the iPhone photos came out (use of “real” cameras is banned!). So here’s lots of photos!

 

There’s a Tim Burton theme to the museum right now, with a number of his art pieces hidden among the other works – here’s some more photos!

Tiny Horses

Soul Haven Ranch, only about 15 minutes walk from our home, offers carriage rides in Winter Garden and also offers a “miniature horse experience” which Margaret and I enjoyed this morning. We spent time learning about the horses, grooming them, and taking them for a walk along the West Orange Trail … all very calming and different from our everyday activities! With photos, of course …
