Space X launch from home!

The upstairs rear balcony of our new home faces directly east towards the Kennedy Space Center, so when Space X launches from Florida – and if the sky is clear – we get a view. Today the sky was fabulously clear and we got a great view!

Winter Garden Christmas Parade 2018

Just like last year the Christmas Parade follows last nights tree lighting – but this year I walked from home, and also walked “in reverse” along the parade route which I think gives a better photo-story of downtown! Here’s pictures, and at the end is a video version too …

Disney Springs Christmas Trees 2018

Today Margaret and I visited Disney Springs (much is surprisingly much further from our new home) to take a walk through their annual Christmas Tree Trail; all the trees are themed on one of the Disney/Pixar movies / characters, and the details on many trees are very appropriate.
