Here is something else I saw while at MINI Peabody today:

Based on requests from MINI dealers, please find enclosed ienformation about the John Cooper Works Tuning Kit for the MINI Cooper. We have a limited number of this kit available in the US.
The JCW kit is a complete performance package that is designed to take full advantage of the engine’s design. The JCW Kit for the MINI Cooper includes a machined cylinder head for better airflow, “cat-back” exhaust system, air filter element and updated ECU programming. These carefully engineered performance modifications will bring the MINI Cooper to the 126hp horsepower level. The torque has been improved to 114 lbft.
As the kit delivers only a minor increase in horsepower and torque, the main benefit is the increased performance feel and mid range torque of the MINI Cooper.
NOTE: This kit is only available for the manual transmission MINI Cooper! It must not be installed on cars with optional automatic gearbox.
I think I saw a price of $2650 plus labor, but don’t hold me to it 😉

I just collected the 92 auto-up-windows MINI circuits built for me by CMS in New Hampshire (it was a nice day for a drive!)

So I can now contact the people on my list, and see who is really interested in a circuit to auto-close windows when the switch is double-clicked, disable DSC every time the car is started, or control their garage door opener from the door lock toggle switch …

Visiting MINI Peabody today, I watched a British Racing Green MINI Cooper S being delivered:

I have seen photos of my MINI being delivered (take by Joel, my Sales Councilor) but this is the first time I have seen the delivery truck and watched a MINI being delivered.
Shame the truck was not full of MINIs!
